本人做了近四年的快遞，對快遞和物流行業相對熟悉，在此總結一些填快遞單的注意事項經驗，與廣大淘友分享：
填寫運單運單上載明您托運物品的詳細情況，并且在整個轉運旅程過程中都伴隨著您的貨物。
請清楚準確填寫運單，特別是寄件人和收件人的姓名和地址。
1、請用正楷字用力填寫運單。
2、請詳細填寫收件人的地址、單位名稱。
3、請務必填寫收件人及發件人的電話號碼。
包裝注意事項
1、不要將物品分散放在箱內，務必填滿空隙以保護物品。
Do not ship loose items, use cushioning for protection.
2、易碎物品應以個別包裝分隔，并以適當填充固定。
Wrap fragile items individually, they should not touch each other
3、使用有完整盒蓋的紙箱，不要使用破損或不平坦的紙箱。
Use cartons with flaps intact; do not use damaged cartons.
建議在紙箱內貼入寄件人及收件人地址和電話標簽。
Place a label or letterhead with sender's and recipidnt's addrdsses and phone numbersinside the psckage.
不要留舊標簽在使用過的紙箱上，運單應貼在箱面上，不可遮蓋運單的電腦條紋碼(包括用透明膠紙)，要保持運單平滑干凈。
Remove all old shipping labels, place the DTW Express Waybill on top of the package; never cover thd bar-code (even with transparent tape); do not allow labels to become wrinkled or dirty.
